Member Registration

Registration can be done at anytime during the year. Our meetings run from September through May with outings planned each week throughout the summer as well as our Kids Play Day program. Access to our Members Only section of the website and yahoogroup email is also year round.

Annual Membership Fees are $30 from August through December.  If you join in January or later the fee is prorated to $18. June & July are free but we ask that you still fill out the registration form so we can get you in the system. Download the Registration Form. You may now fill out your PDF form online and click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the second page to have your information emailed directly to the M&O Secretary.** Use the "Add to Cart" button below to pay your fee with the credit card or PayPal account and you are all set! No stamps, no fuss and very quick. We regret that due to rising costs we must add a $2 convenience charge if you pay your registration online. You may still pay by check or cash by mailing your forms and payment, or bring your info to the next meeting.

** This is a relatively new feature, so to be safe, you should use the print button on the registration form to make a back-up copy in the event that your email doesn't go through for some reason. This way you don't need to retype the information, you can just bring it to the September Meeting or mail it to M&O Secretary at 2705 Lawndale Drive, Plano, TX 75023. Thanks for being patient as we strive to make our site and registration process more user-friendly!

Web-based Email users (yahoo.com, hotmail.com etc): you may be prompted to save your data, then create a new email and attach the data file. But to be safe, before hitting the "Submit" button, try "save as" and save the .pdf file with your data. If nothing happens when you hit submit, then it did not go through. Go into your email account, compose a letter to jenninca@yahoo.com and attach the saved data file you just made. If THAT doesn't work, mail your printed copy to address above or bring to our first meeting. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Babysitting Registration

If you need babysitting services for our monthly meetings, we happily provide those at a nominal fee. You have 4 choices for payment. Click on any link to purchase that option online. There is no need to fill out additional babysitting forms when you pay online. However, if you wish to mail in a check, please download and submit this form via email (you can fill out the PDF form online just like for the Member Registration Form) or print it out and mail it to our M&O Secretary at 2705 Lawndale Drive, Plano, TX 75023.

  1. Pre-pay for the entire year

    • Our best deal with reduced rates and sibling discounts!

    • $6 1st child, $4 2nd Child, $3 additional children.

    • 1 Month Free if you sign up before the September (2nd Tuesday of Sept) Meeting!

    • Your children will automatically be signed up each month. No need to contact reservations. However, if you know ahead of time that you will not be able to attend, we appreciate a courtesy email or call to assist with baby-sitting planning.

    • Your fee is non-refundable.

    • If you prepay for the year after the September Meeting, you can still enjoy these benefits but you will not get 1 month free.

  2. Pre-pay by semester

    • Pay twice a year if you are uncertain of your need.

    • Reduced rates & sibling discounts - $6 1st child, $4 2nd Child, $3 additional children.

    • Automatic sign up.

    • Fee is non-refundable.

  3. Pay as you Go

    • If you're worried that you may miss more meetings than you attend, then monthly is the way to go.

    • Sign up and pay by the Friday before the meeting.

    • Rates are $6 per child.

  4. Pay at the Door

    • Rates are $10 per child.

    • Should only be your last resort.

  5. Visitors and New/Prospective Members

    • Visitors and Prospective New Members will enjoy our pre-paid rates above for their first meeting and will have the option of prepaying and signing up online after that. If you know ahead of time you'd like to visit, please contact babysitting reservations for more information.

Just a reminder, you still have the option to mail your Registration & Babysitting forms with your check made out to Mothers & Others to 2705 Lawndale Drive, Plano, TX 75023.
