Advertising Information

Mothers & Others, a non-profit group at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Plano Texas, is offering advertising space in our monthly newsletter as well as on our website.  Our group is designed to promote social, service and religious opportunities to Christian mothers, their families and community members.  We provide support to each other and the community through monthly meetings with educational speakers, service opportunities and social outings.     

Our newsletter and website are excellent ways to reach the parents of infants, preschoolers, and elementary age children.  Our newsletter is a monthly publication available to our membership (60+ families) in Plano and surrounding areas (Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Parker, Murphy, Princeton).  Our members receive the printed version, but can also access it via our website at http://setonmothersandothers.org.  The website displays advertising links on our public pages as well as in our members only section. We are linked from St. Elizabeth's website as well as from several vendor sites.  Our traffic is modest but growing and our members are very active in their local communities, churches, and schools, allowing for growth and great advertising through word of mouth.

New this year is a simpler set of rates. One price for members and outside merchants. It's an exciting opportunity for everyone.

Newsletter/Web Advertising

• Same price for everyone, $30 year

• 9 months of 1/4 page ad in the newsletter (Sept to May)

• 12 months of web advertising (Sept to Aug)

• Web only: $20 (be sure your logos are legal)

• All ads must be submitted in .jpg format to the Editor and cc'd the webmaster@setonmothersandothers.org. This ad will run for one year unless otherwise specified.

• Keep the file size as small as possible to keep page display times fast. Suggested file size would be 100KB or smaller. Please, no files greater than 500KB. Your space on the web, will be the same as on the newsletter which will be 3.25" x 4.5" based on letter size page in a portrait orientation with 1 inch margins.

• If you wish to change your ad, submit your new ad to the Editor by the 15th of the preceding month. Please specify if you wish to replace your web ad as well and be sure to cc: the webmaser@setonmothersandothers.org if you do.

• (You can still submit for September's newsletter by emailing your ad by the time you go to bed on August 20th. )

• Members: With your paid ad (newsletter or web) you may use the resource table at the meetings for brochures and samples

• Mail your check made out to Mothers and Others to 6713 Mason Drive, McKinney, TX 75070.
